• Contact and quote forms: your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Project briefs: your business details, project preferences (for example styles, colours, pages and features), the package you choose, and any files or links you share with us.
• Working with us: emails, call notes, invoices and payment records (we don't store card details; payments are handled by our payment provider or your bank).
• Website use: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, deliver and support your project, meet our tax and legal obligations, and keep the website secure. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't use it for marketing to you unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, email provider, cloud storage and accounting or payment services, and only for that purpose. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States). We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected. We'll also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics (such as Google Analytics) in future, we'll update this policy to explain what it collects.

Storage and security

We store information securely with access limited to people who need it, and we keep it only as long as needed for your project, ongoing support, and our record-keeping obligations (generally up to 7 years for financial records). Files you upload in a brief are sent to us by email and kept with your project records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Just email info@xarktech.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
